Simplicity Living is owned by the Simplicity Property Fund, managed by Simplicity, a default KiwiSaver and investment fund manager. It brings together a combination of stable development funding and the expertise of well-regarded property developer, NZ Living.

We will require a bond payment equalling four weeks' rent and a one week rental payment in advance. Your bond will be held by Tenancy Services until the end of your tenancy.

You will have a dedicated property manager who will be your main point of contact throughout your tenancy.

Yes, all Simplicity Living homes are pet friendly. There are some restrictions on the types of pets we accept. Please contact the Simplicity Living team for more information.

Yes, there are private car and bike parking spaces with electronic charging stations available.

Our homes come with a complete whiteware package.

We offer an initial fixed term of 12 months, with the option to rent for longer. At the end of your fixed term, you will be given the option to roll onto a periodic tenancy or renew with a fixed term.

Rent will not be increased within the first 12 months from the commencement of your tenancy or within 12 months from when the last increase took effect. We will provide at least 60 days’ written notice of the rent increase.

Fixed term tenancies: If you would like to move out at the end of your fixed term, you will need to give us at least 21 days notice before the expiry date of the fixed term. Periodic tenancies: You must give 28 days’ written notice to end the tenancy.
